- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the Site, browser type, device information, and referring URLs collected through analytics tools.

1. Not Therapy Disclaimer
The courses, assessments, content, and resources provided through Betrayal Recovery Compass are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
Our self-assessment tools are educational instruments designed to help you reflect on your experiences. They are not clinical diagnostic tools and should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation. No therapist-client or counselor-client relationship is formed through your use of this Site.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or your local emergency services.
2. Courses & Digital Products
By purchasing a course or program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for the duration specified at purchase. Access may be time-limited or lifetime depending on the product.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect existing purchases.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. After 14 days or after accessing more than 20% of course content, no refunds will be issued.
Assessment Tools: Due to the instant-delivery nature of assessment results, purchases of assessments are non-refundable once results have been generated.
Bundles & Programs: Refund eligibility follows the same terms as individual courses. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, worksheets, assessments, assessment frameworks, and scoring methodologies, is the intellectual property of Seeding Treasures and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission from Seeding Treasures, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of your enrolled courses.
Sharing login credentials, distributing course materials, recording course content, or providing access to non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
5. Assessment Tool Terms
Our self-assessment tools are provided as educational resources. By using them, you acknowledge that:
- Results are for informational and self-reflection purposes only
- Results do not constitute a clinical diagnosis or professional evaluation
- You should consult a licensed mental health professional for clinical assessment
- Seeding Treasures is not liable for decisions made based on assessment results
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeding Treasures, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, its content, courses, assessments, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeding Treasures from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Colorado.
